All Dental Japan and NNG Collaborate to Enhance Dental Clinic Communication

Japan: All Dental Japan and NNG Co. have joined forces to develop a system aimed at enhancing communication within dental clinics. By integrating this system with BONX devices, automatic voice announcements can be made when patients visit the clinic.

This collaboration is part of the ongoing digital transformation in the dental industry, which is gaining momentum as 2024 approaches.

PLUM CALENDAR for Reservation Management

As digital dentistry gains traction throughout the dental medical industry, there remain obstacles that need to be overcome. All Dental Japan recognizes the significance of these challenges and is committed to driving progress in the field.

By integrating NNG’s PLUM CALENDAR, a reservation management system, with BONX devices, dental clinics can automate voice announcements of patient names and waiting times. This integration is said to streamline reception tasks, allowing staff to focus on providing quality care while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Dental Incom to Enhance Team Communication

A notable addition to the dental communication landscape is the introduction of “Dental Intercom,” a communication tool tailored specifically for dental teams. This hands-free tool reportedly enables seamless coordination during treatments or consultations, ensuring that critical information is relayed promptly and accurately.

Dental Intercom, in combination with BONX WORK, brings numerous advantages to dental clinics. It facilitates active communication among staff, leading to improved productivity and more efficient workflows, says a press release.

Offers Bluetooth Connectivity

Dental Intercom serves as an unlimited-distance voice tool that connects dental staff, whether they are within the clinic or at visitation sites. Instant team coordination is facilitated between visiting vehicles or within facilities, enabling efficient communication without the constraints of distance or location.

The connectivity between BONX earphones and smartphones via Bluetooth® is said to further support uninterrupted communication.
