Andor Health and Oradox Partner, using Open AI & GPT to Revolutionize Dental Care Management

Andor Health, a company focused on virtual health, has announced a partnership with Oradox, a dental specialty service organization. Together, they aim to address the challenges faced by dentists in managing their patient care using manual systems and processes.

Streamlining Communication Process

Dentists are under increasing pressure from patients to manage referrals, pre/post-care communication and other aspects of patient care efficiently. Oradox has worked with Andor Health to create a cloud-based dental care management platform that leverages the power of OpenAI and healthcare-trained GPT to improve communication between providers and patients.

With the help of ThinkAndor, a healthcare-trained GPT, Oradox has streamlined the communication process between healthcare providers and reduced the need for faxes, emails, and paper referrals.

“Healthcare providers have struggled with a fractured way to deliver care for too long. Each siloed technology has created inefficient workflows,” said Raj Toleti, Chairman & CEO of Andor Health.

“ThinkAndor streamlines workflows and unifies virtual care delivery so that healthcare providers can focus on their patients, not the process.”

Digital, Real-Time Updates

The platform has been designed to provide a simple, digital real-time update throughout a patient’s care journey, unifying the intake/referral processes into a simple HIPAA-compliant dashboard that provides powerful analytics from referral acceptance to completion to care plan compliance.

Sudha Chinta, CEO of Oradox, explained that “Oral care, in many ways, is still operating with a multitude of manual, paper processes. By leveraging ThinkAndor, we can provide simple, digital real-time updates throughout a patient’s care journey, allowing us to administer complete continuity of care by linking together the general dentist, the patient, and the dental specialist.”

ThinkAndor intelligently routes patients and providers through the intake and referral process, driving maximum adoption.

Sharmilla Singh, from All Care Specialty, noted that “Oradox, powered by ThinkAndor, has allowed us to seamlessly communicate with our referrers – no more faxes, emails and lost paper referrals. It has been essential for us to deliver referred treatment and get the patient back to have restorative treatment done.”

The Oradox platform is designed to empower virtual care delivery and improve communication and collaboration among providers and patients. The partnership between Andor Health and Oradox brings a new level of innovation and efficiency to the dental care management process, paving the way for more streamlined care delivery and improved patient outcomes.
