Rahma Samow, a respected executive in the dental industry, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers®, a TAG (The Aspen Group) company.
With her extensive experience and expertise, Samow aims to enhance the company’s reputation as a provider of dental implant solutions while expanding its reach into new markets. Additionally, she will strive to strengthen ClearChoice’s commitment to offering hope and comprehensive oral health care for individuals suffering from edentulism and acute oral diseases.
Expressing her enthusiasm about joining ClearChoice, Samow stated, “I’m honored and energized to join ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, a purpose-driven, patient-centric oral health provider focused on fixed implant, full-arch solutions. I look forward to teaming up with the brightest minds in the oral health industry to create value for patients, providers, and the many other stakeholder communities we will serve.”
Wealth of Experience
Samow brings a wealth of experience and a successful track record of driving growth and operational excellence. With nearly 20 years of expertise in medtech, digital health, clinical and implant dentistry, she possesses in-depth knowledge of distributed healthcare environments.
Samow previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Straumann Group, where she managed the company’s expanding global dental service organization business unit. During her tenure, Samow collaborated closely with ClearChoice, acting as their largest customer. Prior to her role at Straumann, she held several senior executive positions at Siemens Healthineers.
TAG’s founder, chairman, and CEO, Bob Fontana, praised Samow, stating, “Rahma has been a tremendous partner to the TAG dental businesses while in her role at Straumann Group. She not only understands the dental industry but has experience driving growth and strong performance in a distributed healthcare environment. We are confident that her industry knowledge, leadership style, and strategic vision will be a great fit as she leads ClearChoice into its next chapter.”
Warm Welcome from Former CEO
Kevin Mosher, a board member and former CEO of ClearChoice, also expressed confidence in Samow’s ability to lead ClearChoice, citing their previous collaborations as evidence of their shared passions and beliefs.
“I have worked with Rahma over the past several years as my primary interface to the Straumann network. While I have been impressed with her business acumen, what especially resonates with me is her passion for culture, and our shared belief that culture precedes performance,” said Mosher. “I am confident that her experience and approach make her a strong fit to lead ClearChoice forward.”
With Rahma Samow at the helm, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers expects to advance its presence in the industry and work towards fulfilling its vision of being a beacon of hope for those in need of comprehensive oral care.
