Event: AEEDC Dubai 2023

UAE: The Dubai World Trade Centre will host the 27th Annual UAE International Dental Conference and Arab Dental Exhibition (AEEDC Dubai) from 7-9 February, 2023.

According to the organisers, this year’s event is set to be the largest annual scientific dental conference and exhibition in the world, with over 4,800 brands and 3,600 exhibitors from 155 participating countries in attendance.

The conference is expected to attract 66,071 attendees, said to be the largest gathering of dental professionals, academicians, and industry experts from around the globe.

Comprehensive programme

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Government of Dubai have announced the upcoming AEEDC Dubai Conference, a comprehensive scientific event covering the latest advances and research in various specialties of dentistry.

The conference will cover a wide range of topics including: Aesthetics, Anaesthesia, Dental Emergency, Dental Ergonomics, Dental Ethics, Dental Hygiene, Dental Laboratory Technology, Dental Practice Growth, Endodontics, Four/Six Handed Dentistry, Hypnodontics, Infection Control, Laser Dentistry, Microscopic Dentistry, Oral Implantology, Oral/Medical Photography, Oral Pathology/Oral Medicine, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontology, Prosthodontics, Restorative Dentistry, Robotic Dentistry, Dental/Oral Radiology and Digital Dentistry.

South Korea designated Guest of Honour

The Republic of Korea has been announced as the Guest of Honour for this year’s event. The announcement was made at the recent Korea International Dental Devices Exhibition in Seoul, in the presence of the Korea Dental Devices Industry Association. More than 130 Korean companies are set to participate in the conference and exhibition.

Last year’s AEEDC Dubai 2022 generated a record-breaking $3.9bn in business deals and attracted 66,000 participants from 155 countries, showcasing 4,800 state-of-the-art products from 3,600 major dental and public health companies in the field of oral hygiene and dentistry.

The event featured a total of 22 official country pavilions, as well as several dedicated training courses, workshops, and student poster competitions.
