iCoreConnect Inc., a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, has announced the launch of iCoreVerify+. This new offering is an expansion of their existing iCoreVerify software. According to iCoreConnect, this includes added features as well as a concierge service to enhance the automation of the insurance verification process.
iCoreVerify saves time on insurance coverage
Reportedly, the iCoreVerify software eliminates 80% of the time-consuming activities needed to confirm a patient’s insurance coverage. The business has launched iCoreVerify+, a concierge service that helps dental practices by taking care of the more involved, time-consuming activities, to complete the remaining 20% of the process.
“By itself, automating 80% of the verification work takes an enormous burden off the staff. However, we find that with the current labor shortage, dental practices continue to struggle with obtaining the remaining 20%. This is where iCoreVerify+ comes in. We provide the resources needed to capture all the data so the practice can focus on other critical activities.” said Robert McDermott, President and CEO of iCoreConnect.
iCoreVerify+ to reduce administrative tasks
iCoreVerify+ aims to free up practice staff by taking on the administrative tasks of insurance verification, iCoreConnect claims. When carriers don’t respond electronically or don’t offer enough information, the iCoreConnect concierge team is in charge of gathering the essential data. The service allows users to verify active coverage and give patients realistic estimations. According to iCoreConnect, the price of this service will be less than that of traditional methods.
“From the very beginning, our approach has been to listen to our customers about their daily challenges and then develop solutions to solve them. This strategy has resulted in more than 90 iCoreConnect product endorsement agreements by state dental and medical associations across the country.” McDermott said.
