Midmark Appoints Robin Keller as New Chief People Officer

Keller brings over three decades of experience in talent management and human resources to the role, succeeding Sue Hulsmeyer, who is retiring after nearly 24 years with the company.

With a rich professional history spanning multiple organizations, Keller previously served as vice president of global people operations at Momentive, a $3 billion global manufacturer. Her expertise encompasses critical HR areas including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and organizational development.

Strategic Vision for Organizational Growth

Jon Wells, Midmark’s president and CEO, emphasized the significance of Keller’s appointment, stating, “Robin brings a wealth of experience in global HR leadership, talent development and organizational transformation.” Wells highlighted that her strategic approach will be crucial as the company continues to evolve and expand.

Comprehensive Organizational Responsibilities

In her new role, Keller will oversee a broad range of corporate functions, including corporate communications, enterprise learning, organizational development, executive support, philanthropic initiatives, and human resources.

The transition recognizes Sue Hulsmeyer’s substantial impact on the organization. Wells acknowledged her contributions, noting that she has been “a cornerstone of Midmark’s leadership” with an “immeasurable” influence on the company’s culture and values.

Keller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and education from Fairmont State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Wheeling Jesuit University. Her professional experience includes leadership roles at Momentive and previously at Hexion, where she served as vice president of global HR operations.
