Planmeca Partners with Elite Dental Partners to Provide Extraoral Imaging Equipment

Planmeca, a dental equipment manufacturer, has recently announced a partnership with Elite Dental Partners, a dental service organization that provides business management support services.

The partnership aims to provide extraoral dental imaging equipment to Elite Dental Partners-supported businesses, enabling them to use both 3D and 2D imaging units from Planmeca.

According to Glen Kendrick, President of Planmeca, this partnership will help clinicians better serve their patients. Kendrick states that the “breadth and flexibility of the Planmeca extraoral imaging family made it the ideal choice for the member practices of Elite Dental Partners.”

Planmeca Imaging Units

Planmeca offers a range of imaging units, from the robust Planmeca ProOne and Planmeca ProMax 2D S2 panoramic units to the advanced Planmeca ProMax 3D LEC. With these options, dentists can choose the imaging unit that best suits their patients and the variety of dental services they offer.

Elite Dental Partners

Elite Dental Partners has over 500 providers working across 12 states, and this partnership will allow them to benefit from Planmeca’s cutting-edge features, such as its Planmeca Ultra Low Dose for lower radiation.

According to the press release, Elite Dental Partners’ Chief Dental Officer Dr Adam Burr has expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating that “Planmeca is at the technological forefront in the dental industry” and that the partnership will allow them to “support, train, and empower our doctors and teams to deliver Elite care to our patients.”

The partnership between Planmeca and Elite Dental Partners is expected to enhance the dental imaging capabilities of the supported businesses, ultimately improving patient care.
