SOTA Cloud dental imaging software

SOTA Imaging presents this cloud-based dental imaging software that makes dental imaging a breeze.

Are you a part of a Dental Service Organisation (DSO) trying to centralise the task of processing insurance claims? Or perhaps a solo dental practitioner seeking to tighten up security or lighten up your IT load? SOTA Cloud makes it east for you to access your dental images 24/7 from anywhere, as long as you’re connected to the Internet.

Users are able to capture, view and edit images inside a dedicated and secured browser. Dentists working remotely will find the software and hardware integration handy. SOTA Cloud is compatible to a host of hardware and software platforms, including: Intraoral sensors, intraoral cameras, phosphor plate scanners, practice management software, and any panoramic imaging device with a TWAIN interface.

To enhance data security, all information and communication using the software is hosted in a HIPAA-compliant Microsoft data centre, which also provides auto back-ups and encryption technology.

One of the features allows you to automate Patient Follow-up. Users can take advantage of SOTA Imaging’s communication tools to share before and after images with their patients, including emails and text reminders to enhance patient case acceptance while increasing patient recall rates.

The manufacturer says specially designed cloud infrastructure helps to streamline the processes and increase workflow productivity. No extra clicks. No pop-up windows. No waiting for the progress bar to fill. The cloud-based infrastructure handles all the processor heavy-lifting work in the background.

Whether you are editing an image or viewing a report, SOTA Cloud is said to reduce the number of clicks it takes to complete the same tasks in other software by up to 66%.
