According to 3Shape CTO Niclas Blohm, Unite 3rd Generation “transforms how dental professionals work with patient data,” offering the flexibility to manage cases on the go, even from mobile devices. The cloud storage feature eliminates concerns related to hard drive storage, server management, or disaster recovery, providing dentists with a streamlined and efficient workflow.
Unite 3rd Generation, offered free with TRIOS scanners, includes the 3Shape Unite Cloud App, facilitating secure access to cases and scans in the cloud. Dental professionals can track case progress, communicate with labs, and add photos and notes to patient cases from their mobile devices, enhancing accessibility and collaboration within the dental community.
Stringent Security Measures
To ensure robust security, 3Shape Unite 3rd Generation fulfills HIPAA and GDPR requirements and is ISO 27001 certified. All patient data is encrypted, stored, and transmitted securely, providing dental professionals with peace of mind regarding data privacy and protection.
