Ackuretta Unveils SOL Plus and Tank Plus

Ackuretta has unveiled its newest advancement just ahead of the Chicago Midwinter Meeting and LMT Lab Day dental shows. 

The SOL Plus, a cutting-edge dental 3D printer, aims to revolutionize high-volume precision printing. Alongside, the introduction of the Tank Plus Kit complements the existing CLEANI dual tank wash system, catering to the demands of advanced dental workflows.

Enhanced Printing Capabilities

The SOL Plus features a sizable platform, capable of printing up to 28 full arches in a single vertical print or 8 full arches printed flat, according to a press release from Ackuretta. 

With a monochrome LCD panel boasting an XY resolution of 45 microns and the ability to print layers as thin as 30 microns, the SOL Plus is tailored for intricate dental applications. Moreover, it is already compatible with industry-leading dental resins, ensuring versatility and flexibility in choice.

User-Friendly Operation and Failsafe Technology

Designed with user convenience in mind, the SOL Plus incorporates failsafe technology to ensure optimal printing conditions and eliminate errors. Notable features include the Thermal Agitator, which detects resin temperature, prompts users to heat the resin if necessary, and distributes heat evenly within the vat. The rapid heating mechanism can elevate resin temperature by 10 degrees Fahrenheit in 2 minutes.

To provide comprehensive customer support, the SOL Plus comes with the Ackuretta Concierge Service, exclusively available in the United States and Canada. This service includes a 2-year warranty, remote onboarding, and personalized training by the Ackuretta Customer Success Team, allowing customers to commence 3D printing on the day the printer is unpacked.

Introducing the Tank Plus Kit

In conjunction with the SOL Plus, Ackuretta introduces the Tank Plus Kit, designed to enhance the efficiency of the CLEANI dual tank wash system. 

This innovative accessory is capable of washing up to 8 full arches in each cycle, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning process. Equipped with a mesh basket to reduce contact with IPA and a hydrometer indicating IPA cleanliness, the Tank Plus guarantees optimal cleaning results.
