Methodology: Unraveling Insights from Patient Surveys

The study relies on a patient experience program at the national level, utilizing data obtained from Press Ganey® surveys completed by patients during the first half of 2022. With a meticulous approach, the researchers assess the impact of various domains, including access to dental clinics, the dental visit experience, and interactions with dentists, on the overall assessment rating of patient satisfaction.

Analyzing 964 completed surveys, the study reveals an overall assessment rate of patient satisfaction at 73.4%. Intriguingly, all domains exhibit highly significant correlation levels. Notably, the domain related to the dentist emerges with the highest correlation with the overall assessment rate of patient satisfaction. This underscores the pivotal role of the dentist as the most significant predictor of patient satisfaction.
