ZuluUS: Bola Technologies (Bola AI), a healthcare and dental voice-AI technology provider, has announced the integration of its Voice Perio system with Dentrix Enterprise and Open Dental. This move will expand the availability of Bola AI’s revolutionary system to dental practices throughout North America.
Recording Periodontal Data in Real-Time
According to Bola AI, the Voice Perio system allows dental staff to seamlessly record periodontal data directly into client PMS and EHR systems in real-time, thereby streamlining clinical documentation and administrative duties.
Rushi Ganmukhi, CEO and founder of Bola AI, stated, “Our new offerings with Dentrix Enterprise and Open Dental are consistent with our vision to provide voice-enabled periodontal charting to everyone, regardless of which EHR system they use. We are pleased to meet the demand by continuing to roll out the availability of our true touchless charting solution to an ever-expanding customer base.”
Accurate Voice-Charting
Bola AI’s Voice Perio system employs deep learning and AI to achieve near-human levels of accuracy in computer vision, language processing, and speech recognition, says the company. The system can reportedly provide speech accuracy of 99% while filtering out background noise and nonclinical speech, allowing for variable accents and flexible phrasing. The system is typically operational on each customer’s platform within 20 minutes.
“At Bola AI, our mission is to provide a truly touchless environment that drives efficiency and revenue for dental practices,” said Ganmukhi. “We’re finding that dental practices across the country are ready to embrace the hands-free charting experience our technology offers.”
