The first solutions introduced within the AO suite include:

  • Automatic Print Preparation: This tool automates the end-to-end process of preparing model print projects, significantly reducing time and labor. It can be used independently or in conjunction with other products in the AO suite, showcasing Carbon’s commitment to comprehensive solutions.
  • AO Backpack: A groundbreaking addition to Carbon printers, the AO Backpack automates the printing and part removal process, enabling overnight production for up to 14 hours. With a print turnover time of under 5 minutes, it matches the efficiency of human-staffed print turnover times seen on Carbon printers.
  • AO Polishing Cassette: Utilizing advanced light scattering technology, Carbon’s polishing cassette enables automated surface smoothing, achieving glossy surfaces without manual polishing. This not only enhances the print quality of dental appliances but also reduces post-processing time after printing.
