ChairsideCAD 3.1 Rijeka prioritises ease of use, particularly for time-constrained clinicians who prioritise high-quality results. The release introduces improved case management with guided workflows and new 3D scan previews, providing clearer steps towards achieving final restorations. Users can now design three-quarter/overlay crown designs and create restorations on stock abutments. 

The Smile Creator add-on module offers instant in-face visualisation to engage patients further and increase treatment commitment. The Smile Window provides real-time visualisation of the results throughout the design process.

Additional Features and Integration

The latest version of ChairsideCAD incorporates several notable highlights:

• iTero NIRI (near-infrared imaging) and intraoral camera images are automatically integrated via the iTero-exocad Connector™ when designing restorations. This enables visualisation of the internal and external tooth structure and optimises the margin line tracing process.
• An upgraded full-function articulator, including the new “in-skull” articulator, allows consideration of dynamic occlusion when designing any restoration with occlusion.
• During anatomic free-forming, affected parts of the design are visualised, highlighting the areas in green.
• Built-in screenshot management tools facilitate the collection, editing, and tagging of screenshots for improved communication and documentation.

It is worth mentioning that ChairsideCAD has been honoured with the Cellerant Best of Class Technology Award for four consecutive years, from 2019 to 2022.

ChairsideCAD 3.1 Rijeka is now available in select markets.
