This innovative educational endeavor saw selected dental schools’ students receiving mentorship from renowned dentist Dr. Sandesh Mayekar and Dr. Svapna Koppikar, Director of Professional Oral Care at Colgate-Palmolive, APAC, on the topic of ‘Setting up a dental clinic.’
Metaverse: A Game-Changer for Dental Education
The metaverse masterclass introduced a virtual reality experience created by Baker-E, an experiential design company, which vividly showcased the intricacies involved in establishing a successful dental clinic.
The program provided students with real-world insights and practical knowledge that are indispensable for their future careers. Colgate-Palmolive’s foray into the metaverse signifies its commitment to driving innovation in dental education.
