Dentsply Sirona Raises Over £15K for Dental Care Access

Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of dental products and technologies, has once again demonstrated its commitment to improving access to oral healthcare. The company’s third annual Miles for Smiles charity walk, held in July, successfully raised more than £15,000 for Dentaid, The Dental Charity.

Over 100 participants, including dental professionals, employees, partners, and their families, took part in the 13-mile (20.92 km) walk across the UK. The event showcased the dental community’s dedication to supporting those with limited access to dental care.

Impact on Oral Health Access

The funds raised through participant registrations and voluntary donations will be utilized by Dentaid to support children and adults who struggle to access dental care. This initiative aligns with Dentsply Sirona’s broader commitment to global oral health improvement.
