Dentsply Sirona Unveils Midwest® Energo™ Line of Electric Handpieces

Dentsply Sirona has introduced the Midwest® Energo™ series, a new portfolio of electric handpieces designed to enhance performance and patient comfort. 

Part of the renowned Midwest® brand, the Energo™ electrics prioritize durability, ergonomics, and noise reduction, catering to the evolving needs of dental professionals.

Features and Benefits

The Midwest Energo portfolio offers a range of benefits, including small head dimensions, long durability, and a high level of safety.

The Midwest Energo series comprises two main variants: the premium T1 Energo electric handpieces and the comfort T2 Energo handpieces. The T1 Energo models are available in standard and short versions, while the T2 Energo models offer a standard version and a mini-head option. 

These handpieces boast a small head size, providing excellent visibility during treatment. Additionally, they incorporate “safe head technology,” ensuring optimal patient safety with the coolest heads on the market.

The product packaging is sustainably produced, and instructions for use are available digitally, minimizing the need for printed materials and reducing transport weight. These measures have resulted in a 25% reduction in the carbon footprint of the Energo portfolio compared to previous models.
