ZuluDMG America has launched the DentaMile Desk MC system, an all-in-one solution combining a 3D printer, a washing unit, and a curing unit, tailored for dental practices and small dental laboratories entering the world of dental 3D printing. This seamlessly integrated trio is designed to fit seamlessly into dental workflows and offer high precision.
Compact and High-Performance Printer
The DentaMile Desk MC system’s printer component, the DentaMile Desk MC-5 DLP printer, offers a compact design while featuring a spacious 5”x3”x 3.5 build platform area for simultaneous production of multiple devices. This user-friendly printer is compatible with all standard dental CAD programs, simplifying its integration into existing workflows.
The DentaMile Wash MC unit is a crucial part of the system, ensuring fast and fully automatic cleaning of 3D-printed devices through preset programs and a generously sized cleaning container. It utilizes a magnetic mixer and a removable basket for thorough isopropyl alcohol cleaning.
Completing the digital dentistry solution, the DentaMile Cure MC unit features Omni360° technology with an advanced ultraviolet LED arrangement for uniform curing. Its dual-frequency technology, with 2 wavelengths, is designed to adequately cure a variety of resins.
Compatibility and Software
The DentaMile Desk MC system is compatible with DMG’s LuxaPrint suite of light-curing 3D printing resins. It can be used with DentaMile connect, DMG’s cloud-based design software with guided workflows and an algorithm that automatically prepares files for 3D printing.
LuxaPrint products are high-quality, light-cured resins suitable for use with digital light processing printers, offering fast printing with optimal accuracy for various 3D printing needs. DentaMile connect software is designed to simplify dental 3D printing for efficient integration into daily workflows.
