Moreover, his consistent excellence led to his recognition as the Best Dentist in New Jersey from 2018 through 2023.
Dr Huh’s path to success is a testament to his commitment to continuous growth and learning. Originally born in Seoul, South Korea, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington at Seattle. His journey continued at UPenn Dental School, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, with a special recognition for outstanding performance in the pre-doctoral endodontic program in 2009.
Post-graduation, he augmented his skills through a one-year general practice residency program at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, enhancing his surgical expertise.
Dr Huh’s pursuit of excellence in implantology led him to complete a one-year MaxiCourse at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, now known as Rutgers University. His dedication led to becoming an associate fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and he remains an active member of esteemed organisations like the American Dental Association and New Jersey Dental Association.
Teacher and Mentor
Dr Huh’s connection with UPenn Dental School has remained strong throughout his career. He has been actively involved in the Southwest NJ Committee of Penn Alumni Interview Program, participating in the school’s applicant interview process.
Since 2022, Dr Huh has held the role of Clinical Assistant Professor at UPenn School of Dental Medicine, where his passion for education continues to inspire the next generation of dental professionals. Apart from his academic commitments, Dr Huh is also a private practitioner at Rapha Dental.
