This innovative accessory, compatible with Form 3 and Form 3L printers, replaces standard one-liter cartridges, delivering five liters of resin directly to the printer’s resin tank for continuous unattended printing. The system aims to lower costs and environmental impact, reducing packaging waste by an impressive 86%.

Polypropylene Powder: Unlocking High-Performance Capabilities

Formlabs introduces polypropylene powder, a high-performance material widely used for its low-density, lightweight, and chemically resistant properties. This addition expands the selective laser sintering (SLS) portfolio, enabling the 3D printing of products typically made of polypropylene. The applications range from home appliances, electronics, and sports equipment to custom lab equipment, prototypes, and manufacturing tools, providing efficiency and cost-effectiveness with Fuse 1+ 30W 3D printers.

Formlabs takes a lead in the dental 3D printing industry with the introduction of Premium Teeth Resin. This FDA-registered Class II biocompatible material promises life-like aesthetics and simplified workflows for 3D-printed denture teeth and temporary full-arch implant-supported restorations (All-on-X).
