ZuluGrin, a virtual care platform, has announced the release of several new products at the American Association of Orthodontics Annual Meeting (AAO 2023) in Chicago.
Grin aims to provide digital oral healthcare solutions, connecting practices and patients, and offer all the necessary tools doctors need under one easy-to-use ecosystem. The company has been investing in new functionality based on the voice of the customer, and this year is introducing several new products and software integrations.
“The AAO Annual Session 2023 is a big milestone for our company every year, but this year, we’re thrilled to show up with some new innovations that will truly benefit our doctors on every level of their business,” said Dr Adam Schulhof, Grin CEO.

New Products and Software from Grin
The new products and software integrations include an AI Records App, a Practice Management Integration, In-Practice Communication, and a new Hygiene Resource Suite.
The AI Records App is a dedicated Grin mobile app account for the practice, allowing practices to take scans, including intraoral and extraoral photos of a patient using the Grin Scope® and an iPhone. Practices can use the service for all practice record-taking, fast onboarding, and generating leads and referrals anytime, anywhere quickly, says the company.

In-Practice Communication enables practice members to discuss, annotate, and manage cases among team members in real-time, including cross-team patient delegations to internal tagging and notifications. The new Hygiene Resource Suite includes additional tools to educate and enforce better oral care practices through various educational tutorials that can be shared directly through the Grin App with every patient.
Partnership with Dolphin
Grin has partnered with Dolphin Imaging for its Practice Management Integration, allowing practices to integrate the Grin platform with their practice management software for increased operational efficiency.
Dr Rooz Khosravi, DMD, Ph.D., MSD, Grin Provider, has been an early adopter of remote monitoring technology and found the Grin platform to significantly improved the efficiency at his practice
