HuFriedyGroup Expands Range Following SS White Acquisition

Chicago-based HuFriedyGroup has announced its acquisition of SS White Dental, marking a union between two of the sector’s most established manufacturers. SS White, with its 175-year heritage in dentistry, brings its renowned portfolio of carbide and diamond burs, endodontic instruments, and laboratory tools to HuFriedyGroup’s extensive product lineup.

The merger strategically enhances HuFriedyGroup’s position in the global dental market, combining their existing range of dental products with SS White’s specialized offerings, including their signature ExactTaperH DC rotary endodontic files and Fissurotomy® burs. HuFriedyGroup CEO Andy Xilas expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating: “HuFriedyGroup and SS White share a long legacy of innovation in the dental space and a primary focus on creating high quality products and services for dental professionals worldwide.”
