On April 19, 2024, Ms. Kashmira Shah, the adjudicator representing the India Book of Records, presented the award to Mr. Rajesh Khakhar, the founder of Illusion Aligners, and Mr. Mitesh Kariya, the Chief Operating Officer.

The “World’s Largest Orthodontic Aligner” boasts impressive dimensions, spanning 1900 mm (approximately 6.23 feet) in width and 1650 mm (approximately 5.41 feet) in height, meticulously crafted from Taglus PETG material. 

This monumental creation underwent an eight-step rigorous production process, including teeth impression collection, model duplication, 3D model printing, thermoforming, precise laser trimming, careful finishing, polishing, and stringent quality checks, before being carefully packaged. Officially recorded on February 15, 2024, this extraordinary achievement etches their name in history, highlighting the company’s prowess and precision in manufacturing such an exceptional aligner.
