Ivoclar, a supplier of integrated system solutions for dental applications, reached a remarkable milestone as it celebrated its 100th anniversary. The momentous occasion was marked by a grand ceremony that featured the unveiling of Ivoclar’s brand-new head office building.

Official Celebration Ceremony

During the official ceremony, which brought together over 200 specially invited guests from around the world, Ivoclar paid tribute to its remarkable history while embracing the future.

Christoph Zeller, a member of the entrepreneurial Zeller family, expressed his gratitude during a welcome speech: “It is a great privilege on a very special occasion to be able to look back on 100 years of company history and on a century full of innovation. Very few companies ever reach their 100th birthday. This makes this milestone an even greater pleasure.”

The CEO of Ivoclar, Markus Heinz, also acknowledged the significant accomplishments: “A meaningful role with global importance in the health sector, the exceptional power of innovation of Ivoclar, the long-term perspective of a family business, and the genuine interest that Ivoclar takes in people – particularly, of course, in its own employees and customers – have all contributed to our success over the course of 100 years of history.”

New Headquarters and Training Campus

The commemorative celebration served as the perfect occasion for the grand opening of Ivoclar’s new head office building at its Liechtenstein headquarters. Attended by distinguished guests, including the Hereditary Prince and Hereditary Princess of the House of Liechtenstein, as well as national representatives and members of the Schaan municipal council, the facility spans an impressive 16,350 square meters.

The new head office encompasses an administration hub, visitor center, training campus, and a company restaurant. According to a press release, it provides professional working spaces built on the latest research and houses the Ivoclar Academy, which boasts cutting-edge facilities to welcome customers from across the globe.

The academy’s seminar rooms offer a range of continuing education opportunities for dental experts, covering various technical topics. Additionally, a replica clinical practice equipped with dental simulators enables speakers to demonstrate workflows and perform tested approaches.

As part of the new head office, Ivoclar introduces the “Ivoclar Experience,” an interactive dental exhibition designed for visitors with and without a dental background. The exhibition showcases special aspects of esthetic dentistry, demonstrating Ivoclar’s commitment to making people smile. Initially, this experience will be exclusive to course participants.

Ivoclar Family Day

Recognizing that the company’s success would not have been possible without the dedication of its employees, Ivoclar expressed its gratitude to the 950 employees and their families based at the company headquarters in Liechtenstein. The following day, the Ivoclar Family Day was organized, with various activities to appreciate the contributions made by the employees.

This summer, the celebration will extend to the company’s 56 subsidiaries and branch offices worldwide, involving approximately 3,700 employees. Local family days will be held as a token of appreciation for the contributions made by each and every employee throughout a century of innovation at Ivoclar.
