UAE: Mubadala Investment Company, an Abu Dhabi-based investor, announced a joint investment with funds managed by Harvest Partners, a private equity firm, in Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a US-based dental services organization.

Joint ownership of DCA

DCA, a dental support company in the US, provides a variety of standard and specialised services. In collaboration with the management, Harvest Partners, the fund management firm, bought DCA in 2015. After a recapitalization, Mubadala and Harvest Partners will jointly own DCA as of December 2022 and work with the management team.

New chapter for DCA

“The investment will allow DCA to further empower the exceptional dental professionals that we support as they deliver meaningful patient experiences and vital dental healthcare,” said Jerry Rhodes, Chief Executive Officer for Dental Care Alliance.
