Japan: Okayama University and Dental Diamond Co., Ltd. have collaborated to provide a special page on the new coronavirus in the latest issue of the “Notes on Infection Control” serialized in “DHstyle”. The page will be open to the public for a limited time.

Information on the Special Page

The special page in the November 2022 issue of “Notes on Infection Control” provides updates on the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) from the perspective of domestic and overseas situations and provides correct knowledge and information about the pandemic.

The page is authored by Norihito Sato, Vice Director (Research and Industry-University Co-Creation) and URA of National University Corporation Okayama University.

The page includes a Q&A section on the Omicron strain (BA.1) vaccine and its effects, side effects, and measures for children and pregnant women. The author encourages everyone to continue implementing daily infection countermeasures in addition to vaccination.
