North American Dental Group Partners with Overjet to Bring Dental AI Solutions to Its Network

US: North American Dental Group (NADG), a prominent dental support organization in the United States, has announced its collaboration with Overjet, a provider of dental artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. This partnership aims to integrate Overjet’s dental AI software into NADG’s network of supported dental practices.

CEO of NADG, Paul Reda, expressed the organization’s commitment to empowering clinicians and improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies. Reda stated, “We are constantly looking for ways to enable our clinicians to deliver enhanced value to their patients. We believe that Overjet will support our efforts to provide our teams with cutting-edge technology that advances clinical excellence and enables best-in-class patient care.”

Real-Time AI Radiograph Analysis

Overjet’s dental AI solution offers real-time analysis and annotation of radiographs, delivering various benefits to dentists and patients alike. According to Overjet, the software employs advanced algorithms to detect and outline decay in color, aiding dentists in identifying even small cavities. In addition to its immediate analysis capabilities, Overjet’s AI software reviews and analyzes 18 months of previous radiographs from patient appointments. By cross-referencing these findings with data in the practice management system, it is able to provide dentists with valuable clinical insights.

Dr Alap Choksey, VP of Clinical Services at NADG, commended Overjet’s AI technology, emphasizing the value it brings to dental professionals.

“I’ve been doing this for 20 years and believe that Overjet’s AI allows us to be more thorough by directing our attention to areas the AI has identified. Our patients feel more reassured as it builds confidence, trust, and facilitates communication,” said Dr Choksey.

Selection for AI Partnership

Overjet‘s selection as NADG‘s AI partner is a testament to NADG’s reputation for adopting groundbreaking technologies that address the needs of clinicians and patients, says a press release. Wardah Inam, Co-Founder and CEO of Overjet, expressed pride in being chosen by NADG and serving as their AI partner. Inam stated, “We are proud to be selected by NADG and to serve as their AI partner. At Overjet, we have made it our mission from day one to improve oral health through AI. We look forward to deepening our partnership and will continue to innovate new ways dentists can enhance patient care.”

By integrating Overjet’s AI software into their network of supported dental practices, NADG aims to provide clinicians with advanced tools for diagnosis and treatment planning and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
