Product: NXD 200Pro dental 3D printer

Nexa3D has introduced the NXD 200Pro, the professional series upgrade for its NXD 200 dental 3D printer.

More compatible materials from Keystone

The NXD 200Pro is said to expand on its predecessor’s printing capability and material compatibility – now adding Keystone’s KeyOrtho IBT and KeySplint Hard to its material line-up.

With the addition of these validated materials, the new pro series 3D printer offers dental labs higher throughput to produce ortho models, impression trays, surgical guides and others.

20x productivity gains

Boasting an 8.5L build volume (274mm x 155mm x 198mm), NXD 200Pro features the company’s Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) and light matrix, both of which are designed to boost productivity gains by 20 times the average SLA and DLP 3D printers.

For labs and clinics

In addition to offering speedier output, the upgraded dental 3D printer boasts an intuitive workflow for dental labs.

Dentists can also produce patient-specific 3D printed dental models, surgical guides, splints, trays, and night guards right in the clinic. They stand to benefit from 90-95% accuracy at 100µm, uniformity and repeatability from edge to edge on the NXD 200Pro build platform.
