Ossvis Launches Lilivis Print 3D Printer for Dentistry in Korea

Korea: Ossvis, a dental medical device company, has announced the launch of their new 3D printer, ‘Lilivis Print‘, for domestic sales in Korea. The printer was showcased earlier this year at the IDS 2023 exhibition in Cologne, Germany and generated interest from the global dental community.

Improved Molding Accuracy

The ‘Lilivis Print’ 3D printer is equipped with the ‘LSA system’, which automatically measures and corrects the amount of light which is meant to improve molding accuracy. The device also has an individual LED control and position correction system, which addresses the durability issues of existing MSLA (LCD) type 3D printers, says the manufacturer.

The device’s ultra-high-speed precision output can be achieved in just 10 minutes by applying an aspheric Fresnel lens that increases optical straightness and minimizes distortion. It is also equipped with an automatic temperature compensation function that maintains the optimal temperature and can use various materials. The device’s manager software can be remotely controlled, making it easier to use as a chairside solution.

Convenient User Interface

The user interface and 7-inch LCD touch screen of the device were designed with the operator’s convenience in mind, allowing anyone to use it easily, even if it’s their first time. The LED indicator also allows users to check the driving status and print progress status anywhere in the dental office.

Kwang-Hyung Kim, General Manager of Ossvis Sales Division, expressed his satisfaction with the product, saying, “This product is satisfactory in all aspects of speed, precision, durability, and convenience, and inquiries are rapidly increasing after the pre-release of IDS 2023.” Ossvis plans to unveil ‘Lilivis Print’ in Korea for the first time at SIDEX 2023, which will be held at COEX, Seoul from May 26 to 28.
