The Panavia Veneer LC from Kuraray Noritake is a simplified light-cure resin cement for dental veneers.
Indicated for permanent cementation of aesthetic veneers, the product is said to offer high wear resistance, colour stability and a fast and easy clean-up.
According to Kuraray Noritake, the Panavia Veneer LC may be used for inlays and onlays less than 2mm thick. It is said to provide an ideal consistency for easy and secure application across the intaglio surface. Due to its nanocluster filler technology, the material does not stick to the application tip.
The cement contains spherical silica fillers, which the company says provide stability and control while promoting flow when the veneer is seated on the tooth. This is also supposed to enable easy veneer placement without drifting or sagging.
The Panavia Veneer LC is available in four different shades, with matching try-in pastes (Panavia V5 Try-In Paste) that allow for a simulation of the final appearance prior to final cementation.
