PAKISTAN: The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has unveiled an updated online portal designed to tackle the pendency of cases and registrations for medical professionals, marking a significant stride towards digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

According to PMDC President Prof. Dr. Rizwan Taj (pictured), the revamped portal aims to facilitate the registration and documentation processes, addressing previous hurdles. “The updated portal has issued over 5,000 cases in just 20 days, demonstrating its effectiveness,” he stated.

The new platform boasts a seamless and user-friendly interface, coupled with robust security measures to safeguard applicants’ confidential information. It also features a secure and straightforward fee payment system, along with a reliable application status monitoring and management system.
