The PinkWave Curing Light from Vista Apex is equipped with the company’s patented QuadwaveTM technology – which enables increased polymerization and decreased shrinkage while reducing the energy absorption of pulp. Decreased shrinkage of materials translates to a better restoration with a decreased chance of failure.
The QuadwaveTM technology leverages four different wavelengths to ensure peak performance. Featuring a curing area of 115mm2, the PinkWave allows sufficient coverage for large restorations. With the built-in transilluminator users are able to confidently check for cracks and caries.
In addition to the standard blue light, the Curing Light also employs red, near infrared (NIR) and UV light. According to Vista Apex, this also makes theirs the only pink curing light on the market.
Other features include: Three curing modes (Boost, Standard and Ramp); 1515 mW/cm2 on Standard mode and 1720 mW/cm2 on Boost mode; UV-Photo Initiators; CQ Initiator; Enhanced Polymerization; NIR – Enhanced Polymerization; Reduced patient post-operative sensitivity; Decreased Shrinkage; and a generous 3-year warranty.
The package includes: Curing Light, Charging Base, 5x Autoclavable Light Shields, 100x Disposable Barriers, and 3x Complementary Pairs of Safety Glasses.
