This multifunctional Polaroid P31 caries detector from Polaroid Health is designed to save treatment planning time.

In just a click of a button, it lets you go from fluorescence to transilluminator to full HD 1920 X 1080p resolution intraoral camera. The three-in-one device also allows you to capture and display all three modes side by side.

In conjunction with Polaroid’s liquid lens optics, the P31 features a 5-megapixel processor to meet all your intraoral and extraoral imaging needs. The device’s FHD resolution and one-touch true auto-focus and zoom lens – that goes from 5mm to infinity – produces sharp images enhancing both patient education and diagnostics.

Shaped like a high-speed handpiece with a retraction head, the P31’s lightweight and metallic body is built for durability and handling comfort.

Other features include 30 adjustable LEDs, anti-fog lens and 3-colour impressions (cool, warm or original).

The device comes with a free imaging viewer software and built-in mouse (that lets you avoid cross contamination by transforming the camera into a gyro air mouse. A wireless pack is optional.
