Under the partnership, Peerlogic will be utilising its voice-powered AI specifically trained on dental calls. This innovative solution can reportedly provide actionable alerts and insights, all achieved without the need for human intervention.

By utilizing Peerlogic’s AI analysis of front office interactions, ProGrin Dental’s executives are able to gain a comprehensive understanding of patient calls. This technology-driven approach helps address challenges such as missed calls and lost patients due to various factors within the office environment.

According to a press release, Peerlogic’s solution not only uncovers hidden opportunities but also provides actionable insights on high-value missed calls and new patient opportunities. Additionally, the platform enables quick access to transcripts and recordings of high-value calls, facilitating effective evaluation and training.
