Solmetex, a provider of dental waterline products and dental isolation solutions, has announced its acquisition of Impladent Ltd., a provider of regenerative materials used in tooth extraction procedures, such as bone grafts and resorbable membranes. 

Diversified Dental Company

This move creates a diversified dental company with a strong portfolio of products in dental waterline treatment, modern dental isolation, and regenerative biomaterials. The combined company aims to enhance its partnerships with dental practices and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) globally.

According to a press release, Impladent Ltd. is recognized for its expertise in regenerative dental solutions, with a history of nearly four decades in the field. By integrating into the Solmetex platform, Impladent intends to further enhance its capabilities in developing and marketing innovative dental products.

Plans for Growth and Expansion

Gene Dorff, the Chief Executive Officer of Solmetex, expressed his pride in partnering with Impladent, stating, “We believe the addition of Impladent to our offering will unlock meaningful growth in new areas.
