Tokuyama releases OMNICHROMA Flow Bulk

Tokuyama Dental has expanded its OMNICHROMA line by introducing OMNICHROMA Flow Bulk, a one-shade bulk fill composite that can match any tooth colour, from A1 to D4, according to the company’s press release.

This new product joins the previously launched OMNICHROMA and OMNICHROMA Flow composites by Tokuyama.

Shade-matching capabilities

According to the manufacturer, the bulk fill composite has outstanding physical and mechanical features for all restorative needs and offers exceptional shade-matching capabilities comparable to the prior products. It is a light-cured, low-viscosity substance that can be applied in 3.5mm layers.

This product’s ability to match any tooth colour with just one shade is made possible by the Tokuyama Dental Smart Chromatic Technology and consistently sized supra-nano spherical fillers.

Suitable for anterior and posterior restorations

Reportedly, its low polymerization shrinkage, compressive strength, high polishability, and cavity line adaptation make it suitable for anterior and posterior restorations.

According to a press release, OMNICHROMA Flow Bulk offers clients the flexibility to choose from the OMNICHROMA composite system to address their additional restorative needs, and simplifies inventory management.
