New Additions to the VITA VIONIC SOLUTIONS Portfolio

Dental practitioners and technicians can now choose from an extended array of products within the VITA VIONIC SOLUTIONS series, including:

VITA VIONIC® DENT DISC multiColor: This new disc allows users to mill teeth for both partial and full dentures via CAD/CAM technology. Offering the choice between prefabricated and individually created teeth, it is crafted from high-quality composite (inorganically filled PMMA). This new disc is notable for its remarkable abrasion resistance compared to similar products in the market. Additionally, VITA North America continues to provide its selection of analogue VITA premium teeth for digitally crafted dentures. The integrated shade gradient sets the VITA VIONIC DENT DISC multiColor apart in the dental market. The release of this disc is anticipated in September 2023.

VITA North America Launches Easyshade LITE Digital Shade Measuring Device

VITA VIONIC® BASE DISC HI: Currently available, this disc is designed for milling the denture base via CAD/CAM. It features an improved material formulation that enhances impact resistance and durability compared to its predecessor. The BASE DISC HI is available in three lively gingiva shades, with a fourth shade in development, offering a more natural appearance for full and partial dentures.

VITA VIONIC® DIGITAL VIGO Denture Library: VITA is revamping its denture tooth library, collaborating with 3Shape and planning integration with exocad. This development enables users to digitally design try-in dentures, denture bases, and teeth, which can then be 3D printed or milled. The database will soon be accessible for the denture modules of 3Shape and exocad. This advancement streamlines the digital design and manufacturing process, compatible with common open CAM and 3D print systems. While the denture tooth library for 3Shape became available recently, VITA states it will soon be accessible for exocad users as well.
