Bola AI’s Clinical Notes Software Now Accessible for All Dental Practices

Bola AI has announced the accessibility of its Clinical Notes solution to dental practices worldwide. The software is designed to help dental practices maximize revenue and improve case acceptance with artificial intelligence dental software.

Fast Voice Transcription

According to Bola AI, the Clinical Notes solution allows for a fast, accurate voice transcription, freeing up dentists, hygienists, and front-office staff to better serve the needs of patients. The Wake Word feature enables hands-free charting. To begin charting, the user only needs to say “Hey, Bola,” and when finished, say “Stop Bola.” The software does not require the use of pen and paper.

The benefits of using Bola AI’s Clinical Notes software include creating convenience and standardization in workflow, spending more quality time with patients, eliminating the need to scribble notes between appointments, dictating common workflows by working with PMS templates, and using standardized templates for insurance and documentation purposes.

Available with Any Practice Management Software

The software was previously only available to practices integrated with a Bola-supported practice management solution. However, it is now available for use with any practice management software.

“Clinical notes are required for every patient but can be time-consuming to complete and are often done in haste as staff members are moving between appointments,” said Paritosh Katyal, director of product at Bola. “Now, practices that leverage the Clinical Notes software can save time, become more efficient and drive additional revenue, not to mention produce happier patients and office staff.”

Clinical Notes works with or without Bola AI’s Voice Perio system, which enables dental staff to seamlessly record periodontal data directly into client PMS and EHR systems in real-time. Clinical Notes is trained on dental vocabulary, improves its AI use over time, and can be used with any desktop-based EHR.

“In the coming weeks, the company will introduce templates, which will allow Bola AI users to create and edit their own templates and integrate them with their voice-based workflow of Clinical Notes,” said Rushi Ganmukhi, founder and CEO of Bola AI.

Bola AI aims to revolutionize the way dental practices operate, eliminating the deficiencies of the past and moving into a more efficient future.
