dentall Revolutionizing Taiwan’s Dental Industry

Taiwan: The Taiwan-based dental platform, dentall (台灣牙e通),has become a game-changer in the local dental industry. The platform offers a range of services, including purchasing platforms for dental materials, dental courses platform, clinic management consulting, and the dentallHiS cloud clinic management system, designed specifically to cater to the needs of dentists.

Solving Pain Points in Dentistry

By the end of 2022, dentall had recorded a yearly revenue of nearly 100 million, with approximately 8,000 dentists in Taiwan becoming platform members and over 1,300 clinics becoming purchasing platform customers. The platform’s success is a result of its founder, Chen Qinzhang’s determination to bring systematization and ease to the traditional and conservative Taiwanese dental industry.

As a seasoned dentist, Chen Qinzhang was well aware of the pain points in the industry, including the inconvenience of purchasing medical supplies and the lack of a centralized platform for exchanging course resources. With a mission to revolutionize the industry, Chen started his entrepreneurship journey in 2015 with a “genius” mentality, combining his expertise as a dentist with his entrepreneurial spirit.

“Now is the era of e-commerce, why is Taiwan’s dental industry still so traditional and conservative, without enough systematization?” said Chen Qinzhang.

Catering to Dentists’ Needs

The intense competition among dental clinics in Taiwan presents a breakthrough opportunity for dentall to expand. Currently, there are over 7,000 dental clinics and 16,000 dentists in Taiwan, and the market is almost saturated.

However, dentists still require regular replacements of clinic equipment and need to continue their studies to stay updated with the latest medical knowledge. dentall aims to cater to these needs by providing a platform for dentists to purchase equipment, access courses, and manage their clinics with ease.
