Weave, a customer communication and engagement platform for small and medium-sized businesses, has added Bulk Texting to its product suite. The new feature allows dental practices to send a single text to hundreds of patients at once while curating recipient lists and dynamic fields to deliver customized content.
The messages can be sent directly from the business’s 10-digit phone number, which is more likely to be noticed than the five-digit short code numbers often ignored by customers. Bulk Texting is designed to save staff time and add efficiency for small- and medium-sized healthcare offices.
Send Personalized and Targeted Text Messages
Bulk Texting will allow practitioners to efficiently engage and re-engage patients beyond automated recall reminders by scheduling targeted messages to hundreds of patients at once based on filters such as age, appointment type, time since the last appointment, and more. The feature can help boost revenue for practices by engaging more patients with personalized and targeted text messages.
“Bulk Texting can help boost revenue for practices by engaging more patients with personalized and targeted text messages, all from the business’s phone number,” said Brett White, chief executive officer of Weave.
Weave’s Bulk Texting includes features such as the Bulk Messaging Dashboard, Engagement Metrics, Filter Recipient List, Dynamic Fields, and Schedule Send. The Bulk Messaging Dashboard provides access to all bulk text messages from a single page, while Engagement Metrics easily monitor messaging activity.
The Filter Recipient List allows for refining lists of recipients based on specific criteria, while Dynamic Fields enable personalized messages that automatically populate with essential information. Schedule Send provides options for when to send bulk texts.
